• A GM MDI2 or equivalent scan tool with J2534 pass-thru programming capability is required to update the TECHM/TCM calibration file and initiate a relearn. This is a critical step to take before attempting to test-drive the vehicle

• HP Tuners is capable of programming the TECHM/TCM as an alternative method.
• This RoadReady unit is manufactured by a Monster-Approved vendor and is not built in-house by Monster Transmission.
• Verify fitment before ordering, Some truck models between 2016-2019 may have had an 8 Speed 8L90 Transmission, the 6L80 will not work for these vehicles.
• (2015 & earlier 2WD 6L80): Factory yokes can leak/fail from seal issues. We recommend a GM solid yoke upgrade.
