Monster Transmission Core Return Policy

At Monster Transmission, we value our customers and strive to make the core return process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Core Return Guidelines:

  1. Core Charge Refund Eligibility

    A core charge is applied at the time of purchase. This charge is refunded once the core is returned and inspected.

  2. Core Condition

    The returned core must be complete, undamaged, and match the unit purchased. Missing or severely damaged components may reduce or forfeit the refund amount.

  3. Return Timeline

    Cores must be returned within 30 days of receiving your new transmission to qualify for a full core charge refund.

  4. Shipping Instructions

    Use the original shipping crate or an equivalent sturdy container to ensure the core arrives safely. Include your order details in the shipment for prompt processing.

  5. Refund Processing

    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the core.
    *A return shipping cost of $399 will be deducted from the Refund.
