Fitment notes?

Designed for GM RWD/4x4 vehicles that used the 700R4 (approx. 1982–1992). Verify input spline, tailhousing/output (2WD vs 4x4), and speedometer type (mechanical/early electronic).

Do I need to set the TV cable?

Yes—TV setup is mandatory on a 700R4. Incorrect TV geometry or tension can burn the 3–4 clutches quickly. We include guidance with your build.

Is a converter included?

Yes. Each package includes a matched lockup converter. Higher tiers offer stronger lockup strategies and options for more aggressive builds.

Which tier should I choose?

Daily/tow with mild power → StreetMonster. Heavier vehicles/sticky tires → SportMonster. Competition/serious power → TrackMonster.

*HP/torque guidance varies by weight, tires, gearing, and tuning. When in doubt, step up a tier.
