How long does it take to ship?

In-stock units typically ship the next business day. Built-to-order units average 2–4 weeks depending on model and queue. Most parts (converters, rebuild kits, accessories) ship in 1–2 weeks. Need it faster? Contact us for rush options.

How does the core return & refund work?

Your order includes a refundable core charge. Return your original, same-model core in rebuildable condition within 30 days (unless otherwise stated on your invoice).

  • Install new unit → retain original core
  • Complete the Core Return Form
  • We can schedule freight pickup on request

Note: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $299 is deducted from the core refund to cover freight.

What voids the warranty?

Common causes include improper installation, not flushing the cooler/lines, incorrect fluid, overheating, tuning beyond spec, and skipping required break-in. Review the guide included with your unit or see our Warranty page.

Do you cover labor or fluid during a claim?

Coverage varies by tier. Select warranties include labor and fluid reimbursement. See your invoice/warranty card or compare coverage on the Warranty page.

Do I need to register my warranty?

Yes—complete warranty registration after install to activate full coverage. Use the instructions in your box for Warranty Registration.

I’m having an issue after install—what should I check first?

  • Verify fluid level/type (OE-specified ATF)
  • Confirm cooler & lines were fully flushed
  • Ensure converter is fully seated (three engagements)
  • Scan and resolve any TCM/PCM codes

Use the OE-specified ATF unless your build sheet or product page lists an approved alternative for your application. When in doubt, check your unit’s page or contact us.

What’s your return policy?

Returns must be authorized and are accepted on unused, uninstalled products within the specified window. Built-to-order units may be non-returnable. A restock fee may apply. See Returns & Exchanges.
