What is the turnaround time?

In-stock units typically ship the next business day. Built-to-order transmissions take approximately 2–3 weeks. Rush options may be available — call to ask.

What if I have a problem after installation?

Call us. Our support team will walk you through next steps. If a warranty claim is needed, we’ll make it smooth — fast diagnostics, clear communication, and options to get you back on the road quickly.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be authorized within a set period and are only accepted on unused, uninstalled products. Built-to-order units may be non-returnable. A restocking fee may apply.

Do I need to register my warranty?

Yes. Warranty registration must be completed after installation to activate full coverage. Instructions are included with every unit and can also be found on our site.

How does the core return process work?

Each transmission comes with a refundable core charge. To receive your refund, you must return your original transmission core in rebuildable condition within the required timeframe.

Here’s how it works:

  • Install your new Monster Transmission.
  • Fill out the Core Return Form provided with your order or use the button below.
  • Contact our Customer Service Team to schedule return freight if needed.

Please Note:

  • The core must be the same model and rebuildable — not cracked, burned, or missing major components.
  • You must return it within 30 days (unless otherwise stated on your invoice).
  • A flat-rate return shipping fee of $299 will be deducted from your core refund to cover freight costs.
What voids the warranty?

Improper installation, failure to follow break-in procedures, incorrect fluid use, or unauthorized modifications can void coverage. Always follow our included guidelines or contact us before making changes.

Does the warranty cover labor or fluid?

Our tiered warranties may include labor and fluid reimbursement, depending on the coverage selected. See your warranty tier details or call us for clarification.

Who pays shipping during a warranty claim?

We cover diagnostic return shipping on eligible claims as part of our commitment to hassle-free service. Other freight charges may depend on warranty level and case review.
