I had ordered the street monster for my 2021 expedition. It wasn’t in stock and was told it’d be 2-3 weeks before it would be shipped. It shipped within a week. Great transmission and great customer service. Really recommend them for all of your transmission needs!

I got this torque converter because my own torque converter gave out on my 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 it works great easy to install no problems work perfectly

Got the transmission and got everything installed and went to have the trans reprogrammed and was told I was missing codes. Contacted monster and was able to get some information and get my transmission programmed and back on the road

I did some research before ordering a transmission 4L85E from Monster. Monster was by far the best conversation with the most knowledgeable salesperson. I had a few concerns, and he addressed them all without sounding like he was putting on a sales job! I have not run this tranny and it will be a while before I do but, it came earlier than promised, arrived in great condition, the case looks really nice, and the paint job was done well, it's very green.... So far this has been a really good experience!

Staff very helpful, arrived within a week. Would recommend again but hope I don’t have to buy a new transmission!
