Received my 6l80 which was a smooth and flawless installation. The service Terry provided through email and phone call was above and beyond I very much appreciate his personal availability and assistance.

this is my third transmission I've bought through the years and they have all been good this one shifts from 1st to 2nd you can barely feel it and 3rd to 4th you can feel a little bump I wish 1st to 2nd did it too. I should have ask when I ordered it for a firmer shift but at the time I didn't think about it I just wanted a good reliable transmission at a good price and that's what I got. It's my two and from work truck the other trans that was in the truck broke so I had a locale transmission guy work on it and he had trouble finding one due to the truck being so old but he got a used one and rebuilt that one but I had trouble not long after, again and have gave the guy 4k I decided to just buy one from monster and stop wasting money and time with this guy trying to fix junkyard stuff he got. I know monster gets there's used but they go through them better and I don't have problems and with the 5 year warranty I hope and believe I can drive easy I just wish I would have bought this transmission before I went to him after the other one broke I would have saved money and time but I thought it was still owned by the old owner yep that's another story but the other thing is being it's my 3rd monster transmission 2 from the previous owner and this one though better owners I use to tell the old owner I want my 2 xl T shirt and I'd still like a shirt LOL

Received the Trans and conversion kit it the amount of time stated by Monster. All items necessary for the conversion where in the package (Crate). Trans and converter have been installed and have worked flawlessly. I did purchase a stronger TV bracket since the supplied one was kinda flimsy. I would recommend this product. The Dyno testing at the factory prior to shipping definitely gives you good piece of mind.

Got my transmission and installed per instructions. 41 miles later it broke. Catastrophic failure. They made it right in a VERY FAST manner considering it was around the holidays they it was only only like a 4 week turn around. That is shipping to them , rebuild and shipped back. That’s good. I’m past the break in period done the fluid and filter change everything looked good there. I can data log and see the transmission temperature it is running VERY cool so far not above 170/175 it’s been 90 degrees here already Kansas. It shifts strong, quick. I won’t do burn outs with it for a while but feels solid so far. Worth the money.

Very satisfied as I have a realistic expectation. Things go wrong and as long as they could tell it wasn’t something I did they were EXTREMELY helpful and made it right. 10 out of 5 stars would recommend.

Terry was the bomb! Got all the information sorted and Terry was incredibly knowledgeable. Got the trans within 5 days (including the weekend) for street monster 68rfe. install went excellent and smooth as can be. Ordered new oe cooler and lines for peace of mind and still waiting on them. Going to do a quick learn from the snapon scanner and then the drivability learn. Core return was mindless to set up. Overall the whole process has been as painless as it can be. Terry and the whole team at monster trans have my 100% support. Im a technican in my daily job and I will 100% be referring customers to monster. These guys took a shitty situation and made it as pleasant as possible. 10/10, 5 stars isn't enough!

My transmission was at my door in 3 days! Everything looked good and it was packaged well. Installation went smooth. It’s been 4 days and a little over 200 miles so I’ve been taking it easy during the 300 mile relearn but everything seems good so far.

I had ordered the street monster for my 2021 expedition. It wasn’t in stock and was told it’d be 2-3 weeks before it would be shipped. It shipped within a week. Great transmission and great customer service. Really recommend them for all of your transmission needs!
